I went in to buy a new straightener and ask if the one I was interested in was ceramic plated or 100% ceramic. She said she didn't know. Then when I asked what the most popular one was she suggested the Chi-which is normal I guess since everyone has one. I ended up buying a ceramic coated one. I had good luck with the same brand's curling iron. I went to return it the next day because it pulled out my hair. I had no problems returning it but I was hoping she would suggest something else in it's place. NOPE! That was on Wednesday. It's now Friday evening and the return has still not hit my bank account.
I called to ask how long it normally takes and I got the typical "a couple of days" response. I WORK for the bank that I bank at. It took 20 seconds to hit when I bought the dang thing but it takes more than three days to put back!? Then she told me to call my bank or customer support.
All in all not a bad experience but I expected more in the customer service department
