| - My six year old daughter has severed dairy allergy and almost every bakery we went to are unable to make it for her because it's not high demand. It breaks my heart every time she saw nice looking pastries, she wants it, but she can't. Some are able to make it but it lacks of flavor and very dry. Finally, we came to this place by accident. I was ordering my pastries and my daughter want some, but I told her she can't because of her dairy allergy. Poor girl was so sad and the chef heard our conversations and he said, "Maybe next time I'll make something for her that's dairy free." But in my head was saying another boring, paste taste like pastries again because it's dairy free sweets, right? Oh, well since my daughter really wants it, why not? Three days later, we came to pick up the sweets. Right away, my daughter had her beautifully, decorated small cake that the chef made. I should have taken her picture at that very moment. She's so cute; one hand holding the cake, one hand raise thumbs up, and while her mouth was full of cake and saying "ymmm..so good". I can tell she's really happy. I tasted the cake later that day and it was amazing. It doesn't taste dairy free cake at all, seriously. It was moist and decadents. C'est si bon! Chef Gerald you're the best, and I'm sorry of having negative thoughts of your dairy free pastries. Yes, we will be your regular from now on! Why go somewhere else when we already have something good! :)
