  • I believe that being a waitress/waiter is all about customer service. Our waitress was Lauren. We asked for the TV channel to be changed twice. She kept saying "I'm busy. Let me check". Nothing happened despite asking her again about it. It's ok if you cannot change it or refuse to do it but responses like that just don't fly, especially when she got irritated. Aside from that, the food was ok.
