rev:text	DO NOT USE- Please read unless you want poor treatment and to feel unsafe with your credit card information!! I recently used Larry's Towing and it started with the man stating the tow was 20 minutes away - an hour and a half later the tow arrives (mind you this is at 2:30am). Not his fault they gave me a bad timeframe; so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Coincidentally their credit card machine is down and rarely do I carry cash so he had to manually take my card information down. I used an emergency CC that isn't used often and about 24hrs later there are pending charges for $300+ pending from amazon on my card that are not mine. I called to inform the shop of the fraudulent activity because if this kind of card/client info malpractice was happening in my business I would want to know so the customer feels safe and that they are aware of what goes on with their clients information. He was defensive, and rude asking if there was anything else I had to say. I literally just told him I would want to know as a business owner. Truth is this card is hardly ever used and the fact it's used for random online purchases just hours after someone manually writes down my card information is extremely suspicious. If it wasn't for the way he talked to me and made me feel I would have let it be. But you have clients in a vulnerable situation and then put in an even more vulnerable situation and you treated me as though I was inconveniencing you with this information that I am relating based on legitimate information. Just bad customer service and I Would NEVER recommend.
