| - I ordered triple play service from them, had an appointment set, they showed up on time, did the installation and left my home. This is when the nightmare started. I call in spoke to one gentleman explained the situation, then I was transferred to another gentleman again explained the situation, and then guess what I was transferred to a 4th gentleman, he basically told me that the order got cancelled by them and could give a reason why, I asked why it was working while the installer was there and then it stop working, he had no reason why it happened. I was on the phone for 47 minutes talking to 4 different gentlemen and explaining the situation 4 times, and now they have to come back to my home to and reinstall it again. They have issues that I have experienced, No communication between different departments so we as customers don't have to keep repeating ourselves to them ( just a thought for you to think about, every time we as customers have to repeat a problem to different customer service representatives, it only makes the situation worse) Quit having a computer generated callback call as soon as the installer leaves ( it should be a human being call to see if there are any issues) it is not just about ratings, but excellent customer service. The installer was very nice, polite and did he job well, but after that my satisfaction, trust and confidence in this corporation is questionable!!!!!!!!
