  • I just had a major mainline back up. Russ from Dr Rooter came out on a Sunday and snaked my drain. We couldn't find the sewer cap so he had to go through the toilet to fix the clog. Russ was very polite, he also wasn't messy. So when all was said and done I thought it was gonna cost me a fortune. Not only was he very reasonable, he didn't charge me extra to come out on a Sunday. I highly recommend him, he was honest and highly knowledgeable. I guess that comes with 40 years of experience.
