  • My last appt was with Anita Martin, FNP-BC who is a glorified P.A. I called in last wk, Wed, to get a refill on a needed script. It was never called in & I've been calling every day to complain. Today, Monday, 11/4, no script placed. Made 2 more calls. Cld Smith 's at 5:15 to check. They recd it but no signature which is req'd. It's been almost a week since I contacted them. Anita is not serving her patients & not doing her job. It is ridiculous to have to wait to get a refill. I will never see this Anita again. Complete incompetance. Frustrated beyond belief.
