  • I will give a ZERO star for the experience I had. SO RUDE!!! After I made my decision for a pair of shoes, the assistant went back and got a box. I asked if they were new(not displayed) several times, she said yes but didn't show me the shoes. At the end I opened the box and saw the displayed pair... then she start to explain and even question me "DO YOU UNDERSTAND BLAHBLAHBLAH..." GUCCI suppose to respect its customers!!! Hope this rude assistant hate her job and have to work till 12am everyday.
