They are too busy to offer good customer service.
I had to call them 4 times and email another 4 times to get someone to my house.
They did the job right (the technician they sent was very knowledgeable) but as soon as something else went wrong with the pool and I needed a more urgent service I knew I could not rely on them anymore. I called them 3 times and email them twice before finally going with someone else.
I understand summer is a busy season but if you promise a follow up with a customer you need to deliver, especially with a returning customer. Its as simple as setting up a calendar reminder.
