  • Right in MontrĂ©al's central town plaza, the outside looks pretty normal, but the interior is breathtaking. A homage to Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, the ceiling boasts gilded ribbed vaulting and royal blue background with gold stars. It is like a miniature version in some ways. Interior lighting has been modernized to be perfect for photography if that is your thing. Tremendous blue and purple back-lit pulpit/choir. Many may not discover the outstanding all wooden, modern chapel in the far back. Here the interior design is drastically different, but equally impressive. Minimalist, warm, very unique. Really nice stop.
