  • -Zero customer service. Compass bank customer service at Signal Butte is nonexistent. The manager (?) is very unprofessional and unprofessional attired. They were blasting inappropriate music, while one teller tried to assist 6+ customers in line. 3 other employees were just sitting there watching as we waited. I have banked with Compass for 16+ years...........I'm getting out ASAP..........and I'm a PREFERRED Customer. Which according to them you get VIP customer service..........WHAT A JOKE!!!!! Wake up Compass Bank Signal Butte Mesa......You have 2.6 stars..........ding, ding, ding!!! They clearly don't care!!!!!!!!!
