  • When I had a dry cleaning question, the managers made me feel as if they were inviting me into their home. They set aside space and both of them took time out of their day to talk to me for a long time about my question. Their employees were equally professional and courteous. The quality of the work was also top-notch and for a great price. They added a couple buttons to a dress shirt that somehow fell off with another dry cleaner for free and it smelled like Downy instead of chemicals like with other dry cleaners. I cannot over emphasize how nice the managers were to me. I also noted several Scottsdale Police Officers (in uniform) using their service. I feel good knowing that the Scottsdale Police Department trusts this establishment. I would definitely return and would definitely recommend Tide Dry Cleaners to friends and family.
