Went to Super Nerds on 2/14 to get a new screen for my iPhone 7, the 'nerd' Jon put on 2 different screens and both were defective and low quality compared to the original Apple screens- so I asked him to put back on cracked screen and told told him I'll go to Apple. Woke up today to find out Super Nerds charged me $87 somehow?! I never gave him my card, never swiped my card and never signed anything. I had my card out on the counter and never received a receipt. It's clear Jon swiped my card without my discretion. Called today and another worker was working, he told me he called the manager, Jen and that he would call me back after he gets in contact with her. I never got a call, instead went to the mall to talk to him myself and that's when he mentioned oh, yeah by the way, you can get a refund. No sorry or explanation for what happened to me. Surely you wouldn't want to keep an employee that uses customers cards without their consent (and illegally), Jen. Do NOT go here, save yourself from getting a headache and just go to Apple.
