  • The ONLY reason I have given this place two stars is because of the price. It's convenient and you can't beat 3 cents a page. That being said, customer service is NOT their strength. There's always some issue every time I go in there. Today one of the employees was not happy that I wanted to use the only machine that was not in use. Then it got a paper jam, so I asked for help, and one of the other employees came over, pressed a few buttons and then I ended up with 2 more copies than I wanted. Of course, I was charged for those two copies. When I commented about being charged for additional copies, I was accused of lying since there were indeed 56 copies. Yet I had only made 54 of them. I am not going to argue over 6 cents, but it's the principle of the matter. The sad fact is that I'll probably return since they are by far the cheapest in the area. Expect cheap copies, but don't expect friendly service. Don't even expect eye contact! DO expect to feel like you're doing them a favour by making photocopies in their shop.
