| - When I acquired my kittens, I depended on Yelp to give me the best vet I could, and Cachet was the closest with 5 stars. Pretty much off the highway on Major Mackenzie, it is very easy to access and always has ample parking.
I've never really needed to use a vet before, so I wasn't sure what I was expecting. The team at Cachet village are all very nice people, especially Dr. DeRose, who was our vet. He has taken care of all our kitten needs locally and you can see how much he loves animals. They are fast, efficient, and knowledgeable and always lets me know about any side effects or emergency clinics if I needed it after my appointments. The place is also very clean, which is important as well.
The only thing I'm iffy on is the pricing. It's been two years, but I do recall calling around other vets about their pricing and Cachet was one of the lowest for shots (but I didn't know the initial kitten checkup was an added cost as well, so technically it's higher.) I mentioned some of my costs to my friend who has a different vet and she says that they were quite high compared to hers. I don't need to go back to the vet anytime soon, but their service has been so great that I haven't looked for a different vet. Clem and Lola deserve the best! Lol
4.5/5. Passionate and lovely team with a nicely kept clinic. Costs might be higher, but service and quality is great.
