  • Horrible service and food. The staff was awful and unapologetic. They spilled drinks across people as they were passing drinks. Multiple people ordered a special that came out cold and raw in the middle. They slammed the food down in front of people and were unapologetic about it. The drinks too forever to arrive and they even told us that they didn't put the order in until over 10 minutes after we gave our orders. They kept excusing the delay by telling us that they were packed - something that was NOT reflected in the amount of people around us. It took so long for them even to take our orders and the food took an unreasonable amount of time to come out. There was nothing redeeming about the visit except the view. I would avoid at all costs and would never recommend this place to anyone. They were unprofessional to a degree I have rarely experienced.
