  • If you are visiting Las Vegas and looking to get away from the Strip, Carson's Kitchen has to be on your list. The Owner and GM are usually on site ensuring a great customer experience. The vibe and feel of the place is terrific and the food is to die for!!! This place truly embodies all the great characteristics of the "New Downtown Experience." My Food recommendations are as follows: Appetizers Chicken Skins - a little spice with honey to offset Bacon Jam - self explanatory Food Secret Sunday Chicken or Butter Burger Black Rice & Oxtail Risotto Seared Scallops Drinks Ask your waitress. They have a large selection of wines, beers, ciders, and specialty drinks
