  • My outside faucet(the one used for garden hose) was damaged and had to be replaced. I did a mistake and called Mr. Rooter. The technician came in an hour as they had promised, which was good. But he was very rude and pushy. He said I had a huge problem and if I don't fix it, my basement would be flooded and estimated the cost for fixing the problem to be $806 before taxes. Obviously, I wasn't going to pay that much for a small problem, so I called another company called ANTA plumbing. Even their technician arrived in an hour and was extremely professional and estimated $465 before taxes for the same problem. He was kind enough to break down the cost for me. I've attached both the estimates that I received. You can see how Mr. Rooter wanted to steal from me. I finally ended up calling a smaller company and had it done in $160. If you ever need a plumber, I highly recommend 'Action Plumbing'. Paul, was extremely professional, when I explained him the problem over the phone he gave me an estimate and did not over charge me after the problem was solved. So to conclude, if you want: 1. A rude and pushy technician 2. To pay around 7 times more 3. And want to hear an exaggerated version of the problem PLEASE CALL MR. ROOTER, all other times 'Action Plumbing'.
