  • Got a full face threading Monday and made this mistake of not waiting for Shila. I was in somewhat of a hurry and she had 4 people waiting for her at 11:00 am. So I went to the other girl, didn't catch her name, and instantly regretted it. I've never had such a painful threading in my life. As she went around my face she continually pulled hair from my scalp and hairline. Besides this the actual threading was so painful! So imagine my surprise when I got into my car and saw that my face was still completely hairy. She didn't properly thread my face and the hair was cut. So now I have short hair all over my face instead of long, and my eyebrows are butchered. One is very tiny one is very full. I wanted to cry. I've been numerous times before and Shila has always done a fantastic job. I just wish they took appointments because I don't always have an hour or more to sit and wait.
