Young guest service clerk needs more training. I ordered item online, when I went to pickup item it was the wrong color. I was informed that obviously the picture on website was wrong and indeed that is what I ordered. But I could bring back tomorrow. She didn't offer to have someone check the stock, as she did check on a phone. I went to find the item in the store myself and there it was correct color and all. With a some persuading I was finally able to exchange the online item for the orginial item I ordered in the correct color. What a hassle.
