  • I went out of my way to drive to this salon for Aveda hair products, and this is the only Aveda salon in the area open till 5 PM on Sunday - except they weren't. The lights were still on, and someone was standing behind the desk at 4:30 PM when I showed up, but he had already locked the door when I came. When I tried to open the door (seeing as they list their hours as 11 AM to 5PM) the person behind the desk waved his hand dismissively and kept talking on the phone. I have always been loyal and FREQUENT customer at 20 Volume Salon in Gilbert until recently. I may have switched my business to this shop, especially since 20 Volume Salon may be owners soon, but I will NEVER CONSIDER going to a business with such inconsiderate employees.
