A typical Hong Kong "Tea Restaurant", they have a very diverse menu and make most of their dishes very well.
My personal favourite is their rice noodle stir fried with beef and soya sauce (#G on the lunch menu If I recall correctly), any of the fried vermicelli dishes, Fried rice with fermented crab sauce and beef, Salted fish and chicken fried rice and the Roasted pork and duck on rice, albeit I always order it with pork belly, which is an extra. They put garlic and chive cooked in oil on top of it, which makes it particularly succulent.
They probably have the best Milk Tea in the city, made with real tea leaves, and their cold Lemon Tea ain't half bad either. Great lunch spot.
