  • I had a groupon with them and I feel like due to that they didn't treat me as a customer should be treated. Either way, my facial was cut short because the pedicure lady said she needs to start the pedicure. like no, i need my facial finished! I still had grit like sand on my face and later had dry skin in areas for days after! The entire day was behind due to them. I arrived 15 mins prior to my appt although no one advised me to; I am just an early bird that way, so there is no reason to cut my services short due to them being behind. They never cared to offer a free facial since mine was cut short. I will never go here again and I will not take down the review either, so do not bother asking
