  • So my boyfriend took my car to get an oil change and this is what he saw, I think this is so unprofessional. That's fine if you want to let your staff "know" so perhaps they do a better job, so I don't have to leave a bad review. However, to put it on public paper is completely unprofessional and will now warrant another bad survey. The reason why I gave a bad survey in the first place is because my car was less than 5 months old and had been in the shop 4 plus times and I am buying this car brand new, all I want is to make sure my car isn't a lemon or going to give me problems down the road and since I don't know a lot about cars I am relaying on their knowledge and trusting them with my car and when they want to give me attitude and treat me unprofessionally, then yes you will get a bad survey. Also, one of the issues they supposedly fixed is occurring again, fix it right the first time and you won't have to hear from me, but if you can't you will hear from me and getting more surveys!
