rev:text	Unbelievable. Basically the one word I can use to describe my experience at this place. My girlfriend and I recently spent the afternoon here and from the start we could just tell we were in for a long day. The kid running the go karts was absolutely ridiculous. He made us walk all the way back into the main room because I guess the girl at the counter mistakenly marked off a number on our bracelet. He publicly ridiculed and humiliated her all over a stupid mark on a paper bracelet. On the way back to the go karts he said sorry for that moron she's slow. So disgusted by that kid taking his job just a but to serious. Onto RAY the most ignorant sexist dictator like manager I have ever dealt with in my life. My girlfriend ended up getting a headache after we completed just 2 activities the other being the putt putt which by the way Noone was around to care or mark our bracelet. Customer service was never taught nor applied to any situation or conversation that took place. I thought it would b fine to simply pay for the 2 activities we did an get a refund on the 3 we didnt. Immediately right out of the gate ray came charging to the counter saying "u kno what this has happened 4 times today already and I'm getting sick of it". His main argument was that if this was kennywood would we get our money back? What in the Sam hell does that mean ray? Absolutely ridiculous that there was no refund in our type of situation. It's a step BELOW chucke cheese an ray thinks he's managing Disney world. Super rude and ready to deny slash debate till the end. Utterly dispicable human being that ray!. Treated his staff like rubbish from the dumpster not to mention the very customers he's supposed to make happy. Sign back up for management school bud you really need it. You drove me to right this essay on your whole life because of your actions. Be on the look out for this guy ray he's a real piece of work.
