rev:text	Took 2 vehicles in for oil change and smog. BIG MISTAKE! On each vehicle they tried to tell me I needed additional parts and service which I declined because I knew none was necessary. Both of my vehicles came home with dirty oil and filthy air cleaners. But heres the catch, they told me I needed new air cleaners , but mine are K&N and are the kind you can wash. They werent dirty until AFTER I went to these guys, and now my air cleaners magically have shredded carpet inside. Wtf? The oil is dark and dirty on both. In addition my truck has been having serious issues ever since going there, and has a terrible shaking vibration, and computer malfunction, and can't be driven, and must ne towed to a dealership to figure out what these jerks did to it. No, it is not a coincidence! My husband and I work on cars all the time, and we know they did something to my vehicles to mess them up! They even tried to sell me a bunch of chemicals. I'm convinced they change my oil all right, yeah they changed it by replacing it with someone elses old dirty used oil. I also think that if you refuse to buy all the extra crap they try to tag on, that they will do something to damage the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO AA AUTO, you will be sorry! When it was My Auto the service was great. These new guys are a bunch of rip offs who will try to take advantage and then mess up your vehicle when you say no. They are the worst ever. Don't let the low price fool you. Its not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
