  • My sister found a kitten on the side of the road near QT in Buckeye. It was limping and it had just got hit by a car. My 18-year-old sister took her to the emergency vet on Watson Road. There was no way the little kitten was going to survive and the vet knew this. But the vet wanted to get all the money she can out of my sister. They charged her over $1000 when they knew this kitten had no way of making it.... They tested the kitten for AIDS, gave it a bunch of pointless shots. They told her that the kitten may or may not need surgery. My sister brought the kitten to another vet. This vet and others told my sister that any Veterinarian with a brain would know this kitten won't make it. The kitten had a broken pelvis, internal bleeding, it couldn't go to the bathroom, and she was in major pain. My sister had to put the kitten down at the other vet the next few days. If your pet has an emergency, do your self a favor and do not go to this vet.
