  • At a time when I least was expecting it; I needed photos for a memorial service immediately. My sister tragically took her own life and I was not in the mindset to do anything but cry. Since I was the only one here, it was left to me to handle everything. I only had days until the service and needed photos of her in order to have a video of her life created. Howard took my call as I explained my need for the rush, but not in great detail. He said for me to come in as soon as I could and he would take care of me. And he did. I was an emotional wreck by having to look through our childhood photos, and could not bear to have a conversation with anyone. He kindly took my photos in their disorganized fashion & said he would fix those that needed fixing and place them in a chronological order by her appearance. I could not ask for anything more. Not only did they deliver in less than 24 hours, I was not charged a rush fee. There is a reason this company has been around for so long. The integrity of their work is outstanding and the customer service is exemplary. People who are professional yet empathatic....I have been a loyal customer since.
