  • I've come here twice, and both times there was a long wait, for a routine appt scheduled more than one month in advance. Last time I actually saw the doctor I hour and 5 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Then waited in the waiting room for 35 minutes after being given the dilation drops (I don't believe it takes that long for the drops to work, but I'm no expert.) The optometrist was nice, and seemed to be thorough, although hurried. The selection of glasses is pretty big, however, and the staff handling the ordering, sizing, and fitting were helpful and professional, and there was only a short wait to see them, and they are happy to make adjustments if you just stop in with no appointment. I can't say much about prices because I have very specific lens requirements which are very expensive anywhere. Frame prices seem comparable to other places. I will probably try to find somewhere new, only because I just don't want to pay a babysitter for 4 hours to get a new pair of glasses. Too bad they can't just get their scheduling right.
