I signed up for a Barre class through Classspass. The instructor was Christina. She greeted me and showed me the space and told me what to expect. The studio is two rooms, the main room for the variety of Barre classes they offer and in the back is a boxing studio. They sell Barre related items like toe socks, cute tanks. They also sell gloves and wraps for boxing.
The class was on the small side with about four or five other participants. That's to be expected with a boutique studio. Christina was friendly and attentive as far as correcting form and offering modifications if needed. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the carpet flooring in the Barre room made me uncomfortable. I just feel like carpet traps dirt but other reviewers seem to like it so that is just a personal preference. It did appear to be recently professionally cleaned and no shoes are allowed. Toe socks are required. In addition to that they put down a plastic runner if you are crossing the room to get to the boxing area.
I hope to try the Bootcamp Barre class in the future. It's a mix of TRX and trampoline according to the schedule.
