I'm giving it a zero!!!! I went there on a recommendation. My regular stylist was unavailable. I felt like I was cheating on her. All I needed where highlights in my super short hair. Period. She decided to Do balliage.??? I won't put. The stylist name here, she was very sweet and tried. I left there, kinda brassy, 3 colors, not close to my roots at all . I can deal w anything. It's only hair. I did call and go in to have it fixed . Now I end up with 1 color .just all over kinda med gold w no highlights I was leaving for a trip(which my hair greatly impacted, and not in a great way)1 week later I went to my stylist. I am now a platinum blonde.an happy accident! I love it nOW!
However my problem is with the owner charged 190. 60 to fix . (Which I shouldn't be charged)to talk about some sort of refund. I asked to talk privately where she proceeded to school me right on her floor asking me if I thought her staff were village idiots??? I said nothing of the staff at all. But the master colorist did try to help her.she wouldn't even consider it till she talked to the stylist and wanted me to come back. I've been in the beauty industry 30 years for very respectable companies. This was the worst customer service I have ever received . If I took the time to write this, I am beyond angry- I only write inspiring letters of great service. I was able to stop from paying it( that's it's own ordel w visa) I will never ever ever stop telling this story of service compared to all the awesomeness out there. Will always be my don't! When Training new staffs.
