| - This was my first time to this Hobby Lobby and probably my last. The place is HUGE, so you can expect newbies (like me) to get lost. I was looking for a certain type of clay, but I just couldn't find it.
After wandering for about 30 minutes, I decided I should just ask an employee. Believe me, every time I ask an employee for help in a store I feel like I'm pestering him/her, so I try to ask for help as little as possible. This time I just couldn't find the clay! So eventually I found an employee and politely asked her where I could find the clay I was looking for. She acted really tired, I guess I couldn't blame her considering it was around 2 pm on Black Friday. But then, she gave me a look; like she wanted to roll her eyes at me! She let out a huge sigh and simply said, "Follow me."
After being led through the aisles (with numberous stops along the way for her to fix out of place items) she went up to ANOTHER employee and ASKED HER where the type of clay was. The other, much friendlier, employee said she knew where it was. The 1st employee then lazily said, "Follow her." ....yeah, I didn't dare say "thank you". Luckily, the other friendly employee lead me directly to the clay section I was looking for. I thanked her and started browsing the clay.
Ugh...They DIDN'T even HAVE the clay I was looking for. Extremely frustrated, I left the store without any second thoughts. Seriously, I would NOT recommend this Hobby Lobby to a friend. Sorry Hobby Lobby, I won't be repeating this visit...
