This review is about Kings Convenience and in response to the review written by Steve "Two-Star" C. --
Was it the "K" in Kings Convenience that made you think you were at a Circle K when you walked in looking for crappy beer on a budget? It's an honest mistake, so I'll let it slide, but please re-allocate the time you spend writing unwarranted reviews on yelp and instead take some time to learn about what good beer tastes like and what's a reasonable price for a solid product.
If you're having trouble researching on your own, I'd actually recommend going back into Kings Convenience and talking to the owner because he's incredibly knowledgeable and wants to help everybody on their quest to find the perfect beer for themselves because he knows that everybody is different and this can be seen in the wide variety of different beers he consistently keeps in rotation.
The beers may not come in 40 ounce bottles or have sports logos or little mountains on the label that change color to let you know when they're cold, but the quality and pricing always outweighs the quantity and mainstream hype.
Only once you understand what good beer tastes like will you understand what Kings Convenience is doing, and doing exceptionally well. For this reason, I will continue recommending Kings Convenience to beer novices and beer "snobs" alike because this is absolutely the best beer shop in the Phoenix area and the quality, selection, service, and pricing can't be beat.
