  • Waited 45 mins for a burger. Would have walked out but we were so hungry and already had a pitcher going. Came in. Ordered a pitcher. Pitcher came. We ordered our food at this point. We then, for the next 45 mins, waited for a burger and pulled pork sandwich. We watched other people get their food before us, even though we had ordered 15 mins before them. Waiter had the audacity to say the kitchen was busy, please. Just be honest and tell us you forgot to punch in our order. If the lady who came in 15 mins after us got her Food, your kitchen isn't busy. -1 star for this unfortunately.
