  • We have lived here for almost a year and all of the issues we have had have been cleared up nicely. We have had some appliances that have been sub-par and the complex replaced them with new and working models. The maintenance men are wonderful and always respond timely and do a nice job in fixing the problem. We like that there are 3 pools because there are a ton of kids so if the pool you are at gets overtaken by a mass of children, there are two more to choose from. The on-site gym is nice but if you wish to use it during non-office hours, you must pay a fee to do so which seems contradictory because it is advertised as free. This is common with any amenity you will find at this complex. Want a ceiling fan? There is a monthly fee. Want a screen on your porch so the pigeons do not flood it with poop? There is a monthly fee. Want to work out when the office is closed? There is a fee. The office hours are 11-6, M-F so that is not always convenient. Upon move in, residents are required to sign an agreement that says you cannot have marijuana on the property and that they may evict you even if they suspect it. I have found that this is not true as my neighbors have smoked outside, leaving there leftovers on our door step. I know other residents have complained about it and you can even smell it out by the covered parking when returning home. The free wi-fi connection is horrible so do not count on it for a reliable connection. All that being said, the office ladies are very friendly, competent and willing to help with any issue you may have. They have resolved any and all issues we have raised in a timely manner and the solutions are not temporary to where the problem persists in a few weeks or months. We greatly appreciate their dedication to maintaining a great community.
