  • Our dryer starting making a very annoying screeching sound. After researching the problem, I realized this was not a DIY project. I called Always Running and spoke to a very pleasant woman on the phone and made an appointment for diagnosis. Mr. Dunlap was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has been in the appliance repair business for 30 years and was able to diagnose my problem quickly. He gave me a quote for the service and explained each line item to me. He answered all of my questions with extreme courtesy (I didn't feel like an idiot!). A few days later Mr. Dunlap returned and fixed my dryer in an hour and the bill was less than he originally quoted! I will definitely use Always Running again and would recommend Always Running to anyone.
