  • I have been experiencing random squeak while driving in gear or without (neutral) around 30-40mph. Usually it stops as soon as I tap on the brakes. I scheduled an appointment with Subaru of Las Vegas to have it checked out. I spoke to the service advisor and agreed to also perform a 12k service except for oil change and cabin filter as I do that myself. The service advisor assured me that they would do a thorough inspection of the brakes/rotors while they perform the 12k service and tire rotations. I drop the car of at 9:30am and by 11:08 they brought the car. The advisor mentioned they couldn't get the noise to come up during the test drive but assured me that the brakes/rotors was inspected and cleaned. I left and half way home I end up with the same annoying noise. I got home and while reviewing my dash cam I discover that nothing was done. They had my car in the bay for about 15 minutes. What got me more upset is the comments I heard from the technician. One of the technician in the background tells the other tech that just completed the test drive "fuck it, Daniel say's fuck this guy we aren't doing it and they don't give a shit". He goes on saying "The only one that will complain is Cameron.". (Service Advisor). My car was in the bay for a total of 15 minutes. Reviewing further recordings proves that nothing was done. Everything stated in the work order was a complete lie. Video link: https://youtu.be/guzSTelTF8Q Reviewing more videos I noticed that the technician forgot to put the e-brakes. You can see the car coasting back. Video Link: https://youtu.be/sErEwn_EdgA I also stated multiple times no car wash to the service advisor. You can see on another recording that they almost did it. This could have caused quite of bit of damage to my car specially to the paint as I have invested in paint correction, ceramic coating and clear bra. Not only that but could have scratch my wheel. Video Link: https://youtu.be/WJ1rVFsa_UY The final video I want to share is that within a few blocks leaving the dealership I can hear the noise. Had they done a proper test drive with the radio turned off and not enjoy cruising around in my car they would have heard it. Video Link: https://youtu.be/X7KIgQCkGCs I called Cameron and mentioned everything I found out from my dash cam. He agreed that it's not acceptable. He mentioned that a service manager would call me back within a few minutes. I got the call back from the service manager. He begins to apologize and assuring me that they would get to the bottom of it, provide a car rental if I brought it back again. To cut this short turns out that the assistant service manager name is Daniel. I ask if anyone else goes by the name of Daniel and he said no. So pretty much the assistant service manager told one of the technician "Fuck this Guy".I mentioned his name was on the video he changed his tone. Told him I would send him the videos. I have yet to get any callback. I called SOA and they are more concern about my recording. They said I shouldn't be recording. I told them it's a dash cam that runs 24hrs and has security LED lights on the Front and Rear and it's clearly visible. The lady insisted I should talk to the service manager. I mentioned that is the person that pretty much told the tech "fuck this guy". At this point I just want to expose the dealership and want them held accountable. I will not be bringing my car back. I can't trust Subaru of Las Vegas. Not to mention that they left grease stains all over my car. picture link: https://ibb.co/jAysnF **** Update **** I found out who told me to fuck off (Daniel Jounblud assistant mngr) I also fixed the issue. Turned out my inner brakes pad was down to the metal. The idiots didn't bother to look at anything which confirms what I mentioned above. To hide the truth they deleted the review I left on the facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SubaruOfLasVegas/) Left review at the following links and you can see the lame excuse they posted. At least they can't delete it. * Yelp @ https://www.yelp.com/biz/subaru-of-las-vegas-las-vegas * Google Maps @ https://goo.gl/SNRec1 * dealerrater.com @ http://www.dealerrater.com/dealer/Subaru-of-Las-Vegas-dealer-reviews-39258/#r3742618
