  • I had an 8 month lease here. I have things that were noted on the original move in list that are still not taken care of and I am at the end of my lease. I have also been complaining about the ceiling leaking every time it rains since January and I have been complaining about the washing machine not working since December none of the above has been fixed they have however stated that my rent is being raised and since I haven't given a 60 day notice will be forced to pay said raised rent. This apartment complex is full of roaches and you have the wonderful aroma of marijuana at every turn in the complex. I am begging the housing association to please come and do a random walk through of this complex. For two months the lights on the outside of my building were out and I fell twice on the stairs because I couldn't see the steps... I implore you..seek elsewhere for your home.
