| - Meh. The food was just not great, if (like me) you have any experience with Japanese dining. My intention of coming to Hana was actually Hibachi, not sushi, which was perhaps my biggest misstep. But really, if the hibachi sucks (and it did) don't offer it at all, please! We all know what a normal "cook on the table" style hibachi grill meal entails: rice (white or fried), sauted veggies, soup and ginger salad + whatever entree is chosen. Even if lacking the actual grill-table set up, the menu at Hana made their entree options out to be this very spread, but when our food came out, 'twas not the case. :( The volume was a joke for the price, and the food was barely mediocre. Also, no fried rice option.
My husband enjoyed the one sushi roll we ordered (because we were both still famished after our failed entree) but I didn't-- it was baked and far too smothered in some sort of mayo to even pick up without it falling apart. Definitely won't be going back.
TLDR: Way too spendy for the quality AND quantity recieved.
