  • One of my AC units stopped cooling right after dinner a day into a recent heatwave. I called several AC repair places I found in Yelp and from another popular website. Sun Country was the the only one who picked up the phone past 8pm and I was able to schedule my repair for the next morning. A uniformed technician arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and fix my AC in no more than 10 minutes. Their price was super competitive. I know this since I asked the other repair shops for estimates knowing what the exact problem was already once they started calling me back. Sun Country could have easily charged me more seeing how badly I wanted my AC working again during this heat. Their promptness earned my business recently and their honesty will earn my business in the future.
