  • I'm super happy with the service I got! I called Ben on Tuesday and he was able to get me a next day appointment. He and his staff were very up front about what I could expect for pricing, as I have pets and one is getting older so therefore gaining a weaker bladder. They have a special going on with 1 room free up to 450sq ft so that was great on my wallet. Jason was the tech who came out to perform the service. He was super friendly, very efficient, and even helped me move the light furniture I had around the apartment. I know I'll be calling this company in the future, their pricing is fair and you can't beat their level of customer service! If I had to point out anything negative, it would only be that I was expecting the carpets to be a little more dry. Previously companies have had my carpets dry within two hours, I was told to expect these to be dry in 8 hours. However, the overall experience and results earns them 5 stars from me :D
