  • I recently rented a car in Pittsburgh, PA to be dropped at the Cleveland airport. The car was picked up at a neighborhood sight and not the Pittsburgh airport. A nice young man picked me up at my house on time and brought me to the rental location. First impression of Enterprise... terrific. The rental went smoothly and when I arrived in Cleveland and had to take a cab to my final destination, the agent was so concerned that I would pay twice as much with a local cab company since my UBER app wasn't working, she offered to call me a UBER ride on her own cell. I wouldn't allow her to do that but her offer was so kind. I will be using Enterprise again and again in the future. Good customer service is invaluable!
