  • Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I made an appointment but they were very busy so I waited about 20-25 mins for my turn. The stylist I had was not very friendly. I am not sue if there was a miscommunication about the style I was looking for but my hair did not turn out very well. I pointed out to the stylist that I have broken baby pieces in the front part of my hair, and her response to me was "I'm the stylist, I know what I am doing, this is a process". She repeated that to me again at the end of my appointment. All that she did with my baby hairs was spray them with lots of hair spray, made them hard and crispy. They immediately separated from the rest of my hair and are currently sticking out. Ugh.
