  • This cleaners is fine if everything goes smoothly. However once they make a mistake, they take a "customer is always wrong" attitude. They ruined an expensive dress of mine that other dry cleaners had always successfully cleaned and blamed the "age" of the special fabrics (the dress was 3 years old and had only been dry cleaned 3x before). Mark was defensive. Me, my family, and friends are taking our business elsewhere. You learn about a business when they mess up. This one failed.
