  • I would not give this place even 1 star if I had a choice. I want to share the response I received from Greg Paeilli, my "property manager" after requesting a face to face introduction (be sure to read in the photo section). I've been a tenant in my property for almost 2 years, always pay on time, and only contact them if a maintenance issue with the property, which it doesn't seem that they want to be informed about or resolve professionally. I thought that was the purpose of a PM company. They've now even posted a bogus notice to the site where you pay the rent online informing tenants that they will need to pay a $50 deductible for maintenance orders, which is obviously a ploy to deter tenants from going to them with issues. The notice is totally illegal and they can not hold anyone to this nonsense if not in their lease so I hope they don't get over on people. Take heed. You can even see the lack of professionalism in his responses to the complaints posted here. Who does that???? All of my correspondence with this company will be posted in the photos section.
