If I could give zero stars I would... The FedEx crew is clearly incompetent From their customer service 800-number to the counter help at the stores. I received attitude when they gave me the wrong information and they were not willing to except responsibility for their mistake. Unfortunately, the package that I'm trying to have delivered or pick up is on a monthly schedule and I will have to deal with them for the next 12 months. I am looking for a way to undo this mess and get UPS to except the delivery from here on out!
