The visit to the store was great but everything else has been so disappointing. I custom ordered a couch & paid beforehand-maybe that was my mistake because after that the store did not seem interested in customer service. The "11 day" wait turned into over a month. I ordered around Christmas & wasn't told the manufacturer takes a couple weeks off which I could've dealt with if anyone had every actually told me. I eventually found out after I called the store. Repeatedly. Long story short, incredibly frustrating compounded by the fact that no one ever attempted to let me know what was going on unless I called. Terrible customer service after initial contact. I guess if you want to buy something they in stock you may have better luck but there's no way I could recommend a custom order.
