  • I am moving, and needed to transfer my water service. I wanted to keep the water on at my old place until the end of the month, but transfer service to the new address to my name as soon as possible, as I just received the keys, and knew that the previous owner would be shutting it off soon. Called, with wait time stated at 18 minutes, but ended up only 8 minutes. The call was answered by Alisha, who was super nice, very helpful and funny. She saw that the old owners were shutting off the water today, and took it upon herself to contact dispatch and tell the workers out on service calls not to shut it off, as I was taking over. She caught them just in time, so there will be no interruption in service. Nice! She was most pleasant and efficient, and a joy to talk to. She repeated everything we had done so we were both on the same page. I am very happy with the customer service I received from Alisha today.
