First of all, most post offices are flat out understaffed. That's the nature of the USPS. Unfortunately, this location has a lot of problems, and it's probably not the fault of the people working there. The line can be 20 people long and the two clerks at the front can work no faster than they do - most customers come here clueless, their packages without tape or addresses. Still, I watched a third clerk come up and slooooooooowly setup her station before taking a customer.
Beyond that, the parking lot is woefully small and cars make up their own parking spots and the lobby is messy and poorly managed.
