  • I come to visit a family member in the trauma center and the nurse cassey (orange zone) was extremely rude, starred at us from a distance as I can hear her talking crap about us to the other nurses. The glass doors are thin ya know. Very disturbing that at a place of healing and sanction there is an unpleasant person sitting on a chair starring at you from afar as your sitting next to your loved one. And continuing with an ugly glare. How about a smile, or are you feeling okay? Very disappointing with her gestures I would expect more from any nurse! Just thought a supervisor should be aware! (Just looked over and she took her hair down massaging another nurses shoulders ) so unprofessional!!
